Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing for plans with a 30-day notice provided via email or on the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

Biompen is a community-driven platform. You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, posting of malicious links, infringement of intellectual property rights, and any other illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to a user shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user to Biompen in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all legal theories of liability.
